  • Each of our apartments is available to lease for an initial term of 12 months.

  • We know that your pets are a part of your family and we welcome them at Creek Ridge. Our pet policy has breed restrictions. For those restrictions, check the aggressive breed list. There is a monthly fee of $40 per cat and $50 per dog and a separate pet deposit is required. Limit of 2 total.

  • Residents are responsible for all monthly utility costs associated with electricity, water, sewer and internet.


  • Renters insurance is required if you have a pet living with you in your apartment. Even if you don’t have a pet, renters insurance is highly encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management company/landlord is not responsible for replacement to tenants. If your belongings are damaged, lost, or stolen, replacement could be covered.
