  • Renters insurance is required if you have a pet living with you in your apartment. Even if you don’t have a pet, renters insurance is highly encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management company/landlord is not responsible for replacement to tenants. If your belongings are damaged, lost, or stolen, replacement could be covered.

  • When you sign a lease with Huntington Park Apartments, you are given the option of an early lease termination. Your first option for early termination is to pay a buyout fee equal to four months’ rent and provide a 60-day notice to vacate. A second option is to pay a subleasing fee of $350 and continue paying rent on the apartment until the time it re-rents.
